Fastest-selling tower in U.S., SPIRE has a special on SkyClub Residences

Realtors are reporting that luxury homes in Denver are selling way faster than last year – and nowhere is the view of that accelerated market as clear as it is from the top ten floors of SPIRE – already the fastest-selling condo tower in the entire nation, and now tracking unprecedented numbers from urbane home buyers who want luxurious flats close to restaurants and the Denver Theater District.

Last month, SPIRE closed another eight homes – well over 70% of its offerings are gone, including the very last available of several of its floor plans. Meanwhile, in June, Mark Friedberg and his SPIRE team accepted contracts on another eight homes – way beyond expectations for early summer, a time when people usually think more about vacations and mountain getaways than the real estate market.

“That’s extraordinary, but even more so is how many of those prospects are seeking the higher-price SkyClub homes at SPIRE,” Friedberg adds. Furthered by its sustainable high-performance building features, SPIRE is now getting a national reputation – drawing new residents from California, Florida, Texas and multiple East coast cities; along with its first prospect from Europe! Numbers of new purchasers will use SPIRE as a ‘pied-a-terre’ residence – an urban pad close to Denver’s sports and cultural attractions, while holding onto their primary places in the mountains. One buyer coming out of LoHi was ready to purchase an expensive condo on Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall when she discovered the numerous attractions within walking distance of SPIRE — Row 14 and Crave Dessert Bar & Lounge right downstairs; one of the nation’s largest preforming arts complexes at DCPA across the street; and shops in Larimer Square and LoDo beyond.

“The walkability of downtown is so exceptional,” Friedberg said. For the buyer who wants that cosmopolitan access, SPIRE has ten of those SkyClub level homes at showcase pricing this month – as much as $121,000 in savings on select residences that are under contract by July 31. “These are SPIRE’s most spacious and luxurious homes,” Friedberg added, noting that they all get exclusive access to their own 42nd-floor SkyClub Lounge, share panoramic views from the top floors, receive special wine storage, bike storage, access to furnished guest suites, and premium-grade floors, appliances and finishes.

There are one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom plans available, all with decks, and all with a parking space at no extra cost (valued up to $42,000). If you have a broker helping you sort through the luxury end of the Denver market, that professional can earn a $2,000 bonus on top of the regular 2.8% sales commission on any of those ten homes, provided the contract is signed by the end of July.

Friedberg and his team will show you SPIRE’s 38th floor, with examples of all of those featured SkyClub plans, today or this weekend. Of course you’ll get a look at SPIRE’s private health club; Box Office theater; concierge desk where residents pick up packages, dry cleaning or even groceries; the dog park; and year-round outdoor pool-deck and spa with its DCPA/mountain view. You’ll see the ‘green’ features including Hertz-On-Demand hourly car-sharing and a B-Cycle bike station across the street. The SPIRE Sales Center is between 14th and 15th on Champa two blocks south of the free MallRide shuttle.
