Randy Nichols is the President and Founder of Nichols Partnership. Mr. Nichols has successfully developed more than 1.5 million square feet of office, multi-family and retail properties in Denver, Boulder and Ft. Collins, Colorado.
Christopher Crosby is Executive Vice President of Nichols Partnership. Mr. Crosby has participated in more than $400 million in private real estate development projects since 1991.
Bill Pruter is the Chief Financial Officer for Nichols Partnership. Mr. Pruter’s financial expertise is the result of his involvement in and direction of projects ranging in size from $5 million to $210 million.
